About Me
I’m Tius, a website, SEO, email and product description copywriter who specializes in creating content that is genuine and inspires action.
My background is in music, and I’ve always thrived in creative spaces. Earning a bachelor of arts in music from UNC-Chapel Hill catapulted me into a career in corporate entertainment booking, which eventually narrowed into a focus in small business marketing. I built experience as an in-house copywriter for nearly eight years, crafting everything from meta descriptions to email campaigns for an entertainment agency, EPKs and merch pages for my band, and…well…everything for my own businesses.
In addition to copywriting, I enjoy touring with Late Night Special on guitar and bass, own and operate Tito’s Music Studio as a music teacher, and love to fish and cook (usually in that order).
My rather unconventional path into copywriting really grew from a desire to make people laugh; for example, improvising a silly song or nickname, inventing my own euphemisms, or contributing to a list of nearly 2,500 fictional band names as a gag are just a few things that come naturally.
Now, I’m excited to direct that creativity and quick wit towards helping brands inspire their target audience.
